Movalo Technology was founded in Jacksonville with a simple thesis: the average mid-market business deserves the kind of IT team most enterprises take for granted, senior engineers, named contacts, predictable bills, no offshore handoffs. The way most MSPs grow makes that hard. We grew differently on purpose.
Today we run security, cloud, Microsoft 365, network, websites, and day-to-day support for businesses across Jacksonville and the Southeast. Every client gets the same strategy lead, the same network engineer, the same help-desk owner, and the same security analyst, so whoever answers your call already knows your environment.

We make money by keeping your systems boring and stable, not by billing for every fire we put out. That means we are paid to prevent the 2am problem, not to show up after it.

Tier 1 at most MSPs is a script-reader. We staff differently. The first person to pick up the phone has been doing this for a decade, and can probably solve your problem.

Where we are.
Our office is at 8777 San Jose Blvd. Ste 301, in Jacksonville. We work primarily with businesses across Northeast Florida and the broader Southeast. On-site dispatch is available with a 4-hour metro SLA.
If you're outside the metro and the engagement is the right fit, we'll travel.
Where we're going.
We're expanding the practice deliberately. Cybersecurity, cloud, and websites are recent additions to the service mix, added because clients asked, not because the consultants did.
We add a practice area when we can staff it with senior engineers. Not before.
