No openings today. Still send the résumé.
We don't have a role posted right now, but we'd still like to meet you. Whether you're a recent grad chasing your first job or an engineer with years behind you, when we hire it's almost always someone we already had on file. So send it over, and we'll reach out when something opens up.
Who tends to fit here.
We're a small, U.S.-based team that runs IT, security, and hosting for businesses across the Southeast. We care more about how you think than how long your résumé is: curiosity, owning a problem end to end, explaining things without condescending, and a preference for preventing the 2am page over being the hero who answers it.
Just starting out? Good. If you're a recent grad chasing your first job, or switching careers into tech, don't talk yourself out of applying. We would rather train someone sharp and kind than undo someone's bad habits, and you'd learn next to senior engineers instead of under a stack of ticket tiers.
Years in? You'd get real ownership, no script to read from, and a team that fixes root causes instead of resetting the same password every week. Either way, send the résumé. When a seat opens, this is the first place we look.
Got it, thank you.
Your résumé is on file. We'll reach out when a role opens up that fits. In the meantime, no follow-up gauntlet, we promise.
Maybe we should work together another way.
If you run a complementary business, low-voltage cabling, AV, copiers and print, or you're a CPA or advisor whose clients keep asking about IT, we'd love to talk referrals.
- Generous referral commissions
- A partner who makes you look good
- Same client base, no overlap
