SMS Terms

These terms cover Movalo's text-message program: what we send, how you opt in, and how you stop. They apply only to SMS. Your broader use of the site is governed by our Terms of Use, and your data by our Privacy Policy.

1. The program.

Movalo LLC ("Movalo," "we," "us") sends SMS text messages only to people who ask us to. We never use SMS for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. Every text is operational: support callback coordination, emergency and incident notifications, and updates tied to a request you submitted through this website or to your service with us.

2. How you opt in.

Texting is always optional. Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us or of receiving support, and if you do not opt in we reach you by phone or email instead. You can opt in in any of these ways:

  • On our website: give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our support callback or emergency form.
  • Verbally: ask us to text you while you are on a call with us. We note your consent and send a confirmation text.
  • By texting us first: when you text our number, you consent to a reply in that conversation. To receive ongoing operational updates, reply YES to the confirmation message we send, which restates the program, message frequency, rates, and how to opt out.

3. Message frequency.

Message frequency varies. We text you in response to a request you made or an event affecting your service, so the number of messages depends on what is happening with your environment. We do not send recurring scheduled messages.

4. Cost.

Movalo does not charge you for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opting out and getting help.

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us directly at 904-639-0003 or through our contact form. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to reach support by phone or the support portal.

6. Carriers.

Supported carriers may change over time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your carrier, device, and signal, so do not rely on SMS alone for time-critical matters; for emergencies, call us.

7. Privacy.

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing. For the full picture of how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation in the program after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
