The PowerPoint that didn't make people sigh.

PPTX, Word, and Excel templates that don't break when someone edits them. Proposal layouts, infographics, signage. Designed to survive the people using it.

What's included

Templates your team will actually use.

Documents are where most brands quietly die. The intern grabs a deck from 2019 and twelve fonts later you have a problem. We build the templates, styles, and master files that hold the brand together inside Office, where most of your company's output is actually made, and where most design work never reaches.

P

PPTX + Word templates

Real master slides, theme colors, character and paragraph styles, embedded and fallback fonts. The engineering work that survives Save As, copy-paste, and a junior editor who has never opened the slide master.

X

Excel + report templates

Branded workbooks, dashboard layouts, and recurring report formats with the styles and number formatting built in. The monthly report stops being rebuilt from scratch and starts looking the same every time.

R

Proposals & RFPs

Cover pages, section dividers, and tight layouts that hold up when the deadline is short and three people are editing the same file at once. Built so a strong proposal does not get sunk by a sloppy-looking document.

I

Infographics

Editorial-style data graphics that explain something instead of decorating it. Charts, diagrams, and one-page visual summaries that make a complicated point land in a single glance.

F

Accessible PDFs

Tagged, reading-order-correct PDFs and decks built to WCAG, the kind government and education work requires. Accessibility built in from the layout, not bolted on after. More on accessibility.

S

Signage + print

Pulled-tape directional, conference-room panels, building lobby boards, and event print. Production-ready files spec'd for your printer, with the right bleed and color profile so nothing comes back wrong.

Documents are where every brand quietly dies.

Marketing puts the brand on the website. Sales destroys it in a deck the next day. The new analyst inherits a Word template from 2019 and copies a logo from a screenshot. Six months later your customers can spot a fake of your own document at a glance, because the real ones are no longer consistent enough to imitate.

Templates that hold up under real editing are an engineering problem, not a design problem. Real master slides, locked paragraph styles, embedded fonts with sensible fallbacks, theme colors wired to the right swatches. A pretty deck that falls apart the moment someone pastes a new slide is not a template, it is a screenshot waiting to happen. We build the actual machinery so the brand survives the team using it.

This work encodes a brand system into the tools your staff already live in, so it pairs naturally with brand identity upstream and marketing design alongside it. Get the templates right and the brand stops depending on anyone remembering the rules, because the rules are baked into the file.

"The proposal won. Mostly the writing. But the reviewer said it was the first response they'd read in months that didn't look like it had been typed by the firm's intern."
How it works

From audit to rollout.

We treat templates as software: understand how documents really get made, build the master files properly, test them against the worst-case editor, then roll them out so the old versions stop circulating.

01

Audit

We collect the decks, docs, and reports your team uses most and find where the brand breaks: stray fonts, hard-coded colors, screenshot logos. We learn how documents actually get made before we redesign anything.

02

Build

We engineer the templates with real master slides, locked styles, embedded fonts, and theme colors. Not a pretty file you copy from, but a working template that stays correct as people edit it.

03

Test

We hand the templates to real users and watch what breaks. Then we harden the weak spots so the brand holds up under a short deadline and three people editing the same file at once.

04

Roll out

We deploy the templates where your team starts a new document, retire the old versions, and leave short instructions. The path of least resistance becomes the on-brand one.

Who it's for.

Document design fits firms that live in PowerPoint and Word, professional-services companies whose proposals and reports are the product the client sees, and sales teams that rebuild the same deck from scratch every quarter. It fits government contractors and education clients who need tagged, accessible PDFs and 508-compliant decks, and any business whose internal documents have drifted so far that no two look alike. We work with Jacksonville and Southeast organizations that want their everyday files to look as considered as their website. If your brand is consistent everywhere except the documents your team actually sends, this is the gap this engagement closes.

Questions

Common questions about document design.

What makes a real template different from a designed file?

A designed file looks right until someone edits it, then the fonts shift and the colors drift. A real template uses master slides, locked paragraph and character styles, theme colors, and embedded fonts, so it stays correct as people add slides, paste content, and hit Save As. We build the working machinery, not just a pretty starting point.

Will the templates break when someone edits them?

That is exactly what we engineer against. We test every template by handing it to real users and seeing what they break, then we harden those weak spots. The goal is a file that survives a short deadline, a copy-paste from an old deck, and an editor who has never opened the slide master.

Do you make accessible, 508-compliant documents?

Yes. We build tagged PDFs with correct reading order, alt text, and heading structure, and decks that meet WCAG, which government and education work usually requires. Accessibility is built into the template layout from the start rather than retrofitted. Our accessibility service covers formal audits if you need one.

Can you work from our existing brand, or do we need a new one?

If you have a brand system, we encode it into the templates as-is. If your brand is thin or inconsistent, we can tighten it first through brand identity so the templates have something solid to inherit. We audit first and tell you which path actually fits before any design work starts.

How do you get the whole team to use the new templates?

We deploy them where people start a new document, set them as the defaults where we can, retire the old versions so they stop circulating, and leave short instructions. When the on-brand template is the easiest one to grab, adoption mostly takes care of itself.
