Most of our work happens remotely. Monitoring, patching, security, and the help-desk calls that get answered the same day rarely need anyone in the room. But when something needs hands on hardware, a failed switch, a new office, a server that will not boot, being nearby matters. We are a short drive from most of Northeast Florida, so an engineer can be on-site when remote is not enough.

What areas does Movalo serve?
We work with businesses across Northeast Florida from our Jacksonville office, including St. Johns County (St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee), Clay County (Orange Park, Fleming Island), Duval County, and the Beaches. If you are nearby and not listed, ask. We can almost certainly help.
Do you provide on-site IT support outside Jacksonville?
Yes. Day-to-day support is remote and usually same-day, but when a problem needs hands on hardware we send an engineer. Because we are based in Jacksonville and the surrounding counties are a short drive away, on-site visits across the region are routine, not a special arrangement.
Can you support a business with multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-site businesses are a good fit. We standardize the network, security, and support across every office so a problem in one location is handled the same way as any other, and so adding a new site later is a known process rather than a scramble. See network security for the multi-site side.
Do you support fully remote or hybrid teams?
Yes. Most of what we do works the same whether your people are in an office or at home: managed devices, Microsoft 365, identity and MFA, and a help desk they can reach from anywhere. Hosted desktops are an option when staff need the same secure workspace from any location.
